- Project Logic - 18th April
How to approach project writing? We start by analyzing the situation, users, and lived reality, thinking about the context and community problems. Several tools can aid this process:
- Pestle analysis: Combining fieldwork, research, and data collection to map key actors and understand problems before setting strategies and planning resources.
- Problem tree: Graphic representation to recognize root causes, consequences, and areas of action, similar to the theory of change.
- Logical matrix: A technical approach presenting the logic of intervention, achievement indicators, sources of verification, and assumptions, useful for both complex and smaller projects.
Join us as we navigate through the complexities of project logic, develop skills in project design, and explore alternatives beyond conventional frameworks.
